In FIFA Amateur competitions, a player is suspended for one match if they receive two yellow cards in different matches. If a player receives a second yellow card in the same match, it results in a red card and ejection from the game, also resulting in a suspension. If a player receives a direct red card it will be analyzed by the Discipline Committee to determine the term of sanction.
